ALABEL, Sarangani (December 7, 2013) - Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon speaks at the Provincial Tourism Council (PTC) Workshop and Strategic Planning facilitated by Sarangani Tourism and Investment Promotions Center (STIPC) at Kasfala Hall Friday, December 6. This event was attended by Nelly Nita Dillera, regional director of Department of Tourism; John Paul Balayon, representative of ABS-CBN Foundation; Nanette Barroso of Department of Trade and Industry; Ed Cejar, incoming president of Sarangani Chamber of Commerce and Industry; Charlemagne Delfino, president of Sarangani Tourism Industry Association (SARTIA); Michelle Lopez Solon, Region 12 tourism council chairperson; former Mayor Elsie Lucille Perrette of Maitum; and tourism officers of the seven municipalities of Sarangani. The workshop aims to have a practical vision and strategic plan for the development of the province in terms of tourism. Gov.
