ALABEL, Sarangani (November 30, 2013) – The Pearl of Sarangani 2013 title goes to Janekka Escudero of Alabel. The 1st runner up is Sharene Joy Chatto of Glan and 2nd runner up is Quennie Lyn Arellano of Alabel. The Pearl of Sarangani pageant was held Friday, November 30, in celebration of the 21st Foundation Anniversary and 11th Munato Festival of Sarangani held at Capitol complex. (Jake T.
