ALABEL, Sarangani (October 7, 2013) – Tourism officer Larry Asparin (extreme right) presents Sarangani’s first award for tourism Monday, October 7, to Vice Governor Jinkee Pacquiao, Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon and members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan. Sarangani Bay Festival started by then Governor Migs Dominguez by virtue of an SP resolution authored by then Board Member Rommel Falgui was honored by the Association of Tourism Officers of the Philippines and Department of Tourism Pearl Award for Best Tourism Practices 2013 during the 14th ATOP National Convention in Legazpi City last October 2–5, 2013.
