ALABEL, Sarangani (July 19, 2011) - Sarangani schools division superintendent Dr. Allan Farnazo congratulates QUEST (Quality Education for Sarangani Today) program manager Annalie Edday for being an awardee of the Asia Philippines 21 ten outstanding young leaders. The announcement was made during the turnover of Books for Asia from Asia Foundation Tuesday, July 19, at the Capitol gym. Edday along with the top ten awardees will be the official delegation of the Philippines to the international young leaders summit in New Delhi, India in November this year.
