ALABEL, Sarangani (July 2, 2011) - Barangay Captain Jimy Catulong, assisted by CLAFI project officer on livelihood and enterprise development Angelie Christine Budo and FAITH gardening resource person Vince Malasador cut the ribbon to formally open the “Gulayan sa Barangay Maribulan” Saturday, July 2. Prior to its launching, 38 participants composed of barangay tanod, barangay nutrition scholars, purok and barangay officials went through a five-Saturday FAITH (Food Always In The Home) gardening training facilitated by Conrado and Ladislawa Alcantara Foundation, Inc. as part of its Rural Advancement and Development program.
