GENERAL SANTOS CITY (July 27, 2011) – Sarangani Governor Migs Dominguez presents the objectives of the Provincial Health Summit and gives a report on the state of health and scorecards of each municipality Wednesday, July 27, at Sarangani Highlands Resort. The two-day workshop is attended by municipal mayors and their planning and health officers to set the direction and budgeting priority of each municipality in terms of health services.
