MAITUM, Sarangani (July 26, 2011) - Mayor Elsie Perret, Association of Barangay Captains president and Board Member George Perrett, farmer-recipients from Bati-an, members of the Sangguniang Bayan, and members of the Multi-Sectoral Committee pose after the turnover ceremony of farm animals from the Mindanao Rural Development Program. Recipients of the animals are required to have at least one hectare of land to till and farmers should apply the sloping agricultural land technology or SALT.
