ALABEL, Sarangani (August 1, 2011) - “With that facility now available in the region and in Mindanao, we can serve those people who die because they don’t have other place to go or they can’t afford private institutions,” Department of Health Assistant Secretary Dr. Romulo Busuego tells guests and provincial, municipal and barangay officials. Busuego was the guest speaker at the groundbreaking ceremony of Sarangani Medical Center (SMC) Monday, August 1, at the Provincial Capitol grounds.
