ALABEL, Sarangani (August 1, 2011) - “As we discussed the project with all stakeholders with other health partners, we were able to come up with the first PPP (Public Private Partnership) arrangement where the province together with Congressman will fund the development of the Sarangani Medical Center. It will be initially a 100-bed facility complete with beds, equipment and all necessary requirements to run a facility,” Governor Migs Dominguez says as he gives the rationale and welcome remarks during the groundbreaking ceremony of Sarangani Medical Center Monday, August 1, at the Provincial Capitol grounds.
