The groundbreaking ceremony of the Sarangani Medical Center on Monday (August 1) will be led by Governor Migs Dominguez and Congressman Manny Pacquiao at the Capitol grounds, with Assistant Secretary Romulo Busuego of the Department of Health. The establishment and running of the 200-bed tertiary facility will be made possible through Public-Private Partnership (PPP) arrangements and is being undertaken under the auspices of the DBP’s Credit for Better Health Care Program. The design of the medical center is the assistance of the United Architects of the Philippines in support of the PPP program.
