Token of appreciation from Sarangani

MALAPATAN, Sarangani (April 26, 2012) - Senator Loren Legarda puts on a blazer made of "sarong" cloth hand woven by members of Balungis Moro Women's Association and designed by renowned designer Emi Englis, a native of Sarangani, as a token of appreciation from the provincial government during the turn-over ceremony of USAID-funded Balungis Trading Center and handlooms to the Balungis Moro Women's Association Thursday, April 26, in barangay Tuyan as Vice Governor Steve Solon and Governor Migs Dominguez look on.
