ALABEL, Sarangani (June 26, 2013) - Outgoing Governor Migs Dominguez receives a token from the school principal of Alabel National Science High School during their tribute for the governor Tuesday, June 25. Gov. Dominguez also gave the check of his last salary to the school where he also gave his first salary way back July 2004. Governor Dominguez is winding up the final days of his three terms leaving behind high marks in education reform.
