Province Employees Union president Anacleto "Bobby" Saya-ang (2nd from left) and
union officers hand over the symbolic check amounting to P5,095,453 to MAXICARE
accredited agents Ryan Alegado (3rd from left) and Catherine Java (4th from
left) during the flag raising ceremony at the Capitol Monday, May 27. The fund
is full payment of the health care benefits of 653 qualified members of SPEU
with a coverage of P60,000 maximum benefit limit for each member as part of the
collective negotiation agreement between the employees union and provincial
government. Also in photo witnessing the ceremonial turn over are Provincial
