GLAN, Sarangabni (March 17, 2013) – Vice President Jejomar Binay shares a light moment with Governor Migs Dominguez and Vice Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon during the inauguration ceremony of Roll on-Roll off (RoRo) facility at the International Port of Glan which was facilitated by the Philippine Ports Authority and the Municipal Government of Glan Friday, March 15.
