couple gesture for a kiss during a ‘Kasalan ng Bayan’ (mass wedding) officiated
by Mayor Reynaldo Constantino (center) amid the local government’s weekly
‘Lingap sa Barangay’ program in barangay Talus. With Constantino are (L-R)
