GLAN, Sarangani (March 15, 2013) - Vice President Jejomar Binay (extreme left) and Mayor Victor James Yap Sr. (3rd from left) unveil the marker of Roll on-Roll off (RORO) International Port of Glan at its inauguration ceremony Friday, March 15. The construction of RORO ramp at the port had been proposed and implemented due to the presence of RORO ramp at the port of Mabila, Sarangani, Davao del Sur. This is to establish linkage between the two ports thru the expanded Strong Republic Nautical Highway and thereby provide efficient facility for trade and people mobility between the two municipalities. Witnessing the event are Vice Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon (extreme right) and Governor Migs Dominguez (2nd from right).
