Manny Pacquiao (right) administers the ceremonial oath-taking of the newly-elected and ex-officio officials of Malapatan during the celebration of 44th Foundation Anniversary and 8th Pakaradyan Festival of the municipality at the municipal plaza Friday, June 21.
