GENERAL SANTOS CITY (May 27, 2013) - Outgoing
Sarangani Governor Migs Dominguez gestures as he promises to continue supporting
the education reform programs of the Department of Education and provincial
government in uplifting the quality of education of every child by repeating his
vow that "not a single child will be left behind". Some 3,000 teachers hosted a
tribute program for the governor Monday, May 27, at Family Country Hotel and
