ALABEL, Sarangani (April 17, 2013) – Boy
Scouts of the Philippines senior vice president Atty. Wendel Avisado hands over
the Boy Scout charter to Vice Governor Steve Solon who is also the council
chairman of the BSP Sarangani Associate Council during the first provincial
annual council meeting at Capitol gym. The charter granted to Sarangani
authorizes it to operate as an associate council of the BSP. For more news and
