MAITUM, Sarangani (April 8, 2013) - Department
of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Undersecretary Romeo Momo expresses his
gratitude for the warm welcome he received from the
Maitumians during his message in the turnover ceremony of Philippine green
school building at Malalag Central Elementary School Thursday, April 4. He
emphasized that the school building was given recognition by the Asian Civil
Engineering Circle as one of those innovative approaches to combat climate
