MAITUM, Sarangani (May 8, 2013) - Kids from
barangay Mabay help each other to win the palo-sebo (greased
bamboo-climbing)contest during the 14th Binuyugan Festival and 54th Town
Anniversary with the theme "Paglingon sa Kulturang Kaugalian-Bayang Pinagyaman"
held at the municipal park Tuesday, May 7. Palo-sebo (from the Spanish pole
