MAITUM, Sarangani (April 8, 2013) - Mayor
Elsie Perrett congratulates a constituent before receiving her Membership Data
Record (MDR) during the ceremonial distribution of MDR at the Municipal Health
Center. About 189 indigent families received their MDR sponsored by the national
and provincial health agencies. Municipal Social Welfare and Development Officer
Nelia Quimsing and Municipal Health Officer Dr. Junie Basmillo assisted in the
