ALABEL, Sarangani (June 29, 2013) - Outgoing Governor Migs Dominguez turns over the key of responsibilities to Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon Saturday, June 29, witnessed by DILG regional director Reynaldo Bungubung. Solon is the grandson of the founder of Sarangani, the late Congressman James L. Chiongbian, and former Governor Priscilla L. Chiongbian, the first governor of the province who served three terms in office. The governor before Dominguez came to office was Atty. Miguel D. Escobar.
