Municipal Health Office personnel distribute PhilHealth cards on Thursday’s
(April 4) weekly ‘Lingap sa Barangay’ program in barangay Talus. Dr. Rafaida
Garay-Hernandez, municipal health officer, said the dispersal of health cards is
part of the local government’s mandate to provide poor families with accessible,
