ALABEL, Sarangani (September 15, 2011) – Barangay Captain Zenaida Famindalan of Patag in Malapatan (2nd right) leads the reporting of their workshop on how to develop and pursue their dreams of education for their barangay during the Education Summit at Capitol gym Tuesday, September 13. The summit hosted by Quality Education for Sarangani Today (QUEST) aims to harness close partnership between the barangay council and the provincial government by motivating the former to keenly seek the education reform agenda.
