ALABEL, Sarangani (September 8, 2011) - Justice Jose Midas Marquez, court administrator and spokesperson for the Supreme Court, takes the processional walk as he is introduced as the guest of honor of the two-day 1st Regional Convention of the Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE), Cluster 4, of judicial regions composed of Regions XI, XII, ARMM and CARAGA Thursday, September 8, at the Capitol gymnasium.
