MALAPATAN, Sarangani (September 1, 2011) - Vice Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon speaks before volunteers of Integrated Barangay Defense Force (IBDF) of Lun Padidu on their three-day first aid and disaster management training in partnership with the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council, Red Cross Gensan Chapter, Office of the Vice Governor and local government unit of Lun Padidu Wednesday, August 31.
