ALABEL, Sarangani (September 15, 2011) – Vice Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon (2nd left) and Board Member Eugene Alzate (2nd right) welcome barangay leaders as they participate in the Education Summit. The activity encouraged barangay leaders to share their dreams for their children, the challenges that hinder them in attaining their dreams and their specific action plan.
