GENERAL SANTOS CITY (September 15, 2011) – Vice Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon (center) takes a shot with the badminton players of local government unit (LGU) of Alabel who bagged the 1st place over the Provincial Capitol badminton team headed by the Vice Governor. The event was the 111th Civil Service Anniversary and sports fest with this year’s theme, “Championing R.A.C.E.: Public Service Excellence at Full Speed” at the Big Shot court Tuesday, September 14. The LGU Alabel ranked 1st followed by the Provincial Capitol and Pag-ibig teams. The winners will be formally awarded in a ceremony on September 26. (SARANGANI INFORMATION OFFICE/Bon-Bon Quiño)
