KIAMBA, Sarangani (September 15, 2011) – Vice Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon observes participants in their demonstration of basic rescuing in a road accident Wednesday, September 14. It was part of their first aid and disaster management training at barangay Tambilil spearheaded by Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office in partnership with Philippine Red Cross Gensan Chapter and Integrated Barangay Defense Force. This training aims to equip residents basic knowledge about first aid and disaster management being the first responder in their community in times of emergency.
