ALABEL, Sarangani (September 6, 2011) – Governor Migs Dominguez leads provincial government units in the tree planting activity Tuesday, September 6, to support the National Greening Program. The NGP provincial convergence initiative launched its program at Calminda watershed in sitio Masasato, barangay Bagacay with support from various government agencies, private sector and civil society.
