MAITUM, Sarangani (September 30, 2011) - Jocelyn Kanda, Sarangani Kalinaw Unit program manager, briefs the participants on the latest GPH-MILF (Philippine Government-Moro Islamic Liberation Front) peace talks. "Eight out of ten Filipinos are hopeful that we will achieve lasting peace.
