GENERAL SANTOS CITY (September 6, 2011) - Educators from Sarangani Division give a surprise number at the opening of SARANGANI-GENSAN inter agency sportsfest Tuesday, September 6. It was in line with the celebration of the 111th Civil Service anniversary at Lagao gymnasium. The event was organized by SARGEN Council of Personnel Officers.
