GENERAL SANTOS CITY (March 15, 2013) – Vice
President Jejomar Binay is welcomed by barangay captains as he graces the 7th
Provincial Convention of the Liga ng mga Barangay - Sarangani chapter with this
year’s theme “Sagot namin sa hamon patungo sa daang matuwid” at the Family
Country Hotel and Convention Center Thursday, March 14. The convention is a
yearly event participated in by all barangay captains in the province which aims
to address issues, concerns and development in their respective communities. For
