ALABEL, Sarangani (July 5, 2013) – Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon administers the oath-of-office Thursday, July 4, to Malandag Barangay Captain Delia Constantino, president of the Association of Barangay Captains (ABC) in Malungon. As president of the Federation of Association of Barangay Captains in the province, Constantino will sit as ex-officio member of the 8th Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP). The SP will convene and open with an inaugural session on July 9, 9:30am., for SP members to express their legislative plans for the next three years.
