MALAPATAN, Sarangani (July 14, 2013) - Mayor Alfonso Singcoy Sr.(extreme left, seated) signs the Memorandum of Agreement of equipment during a launching program Saturday, July 13. Malapatan Food Processors’ Association (MFPA) received P1 million worth of equipment through the Shared Service Facility Project from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). The other signatories are Oliva Martos (center), president of MFPA, and Engr. Nenita Barroso, provincial director of DTI.
