Undersecretary Atty. Jose Lorena (extreme left) of the Office of the
Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process (OPAPP) turns over a P1.2 million
check donation to Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon (2nd from right) Wednesday,
July 31, during the 5th Grand Iftar celebration in Sarangani in observance of
the holy month of Ramadhan. The fund is for infrastructure projects that the
Moro National Liberation Front communities will implement. Also in photo are
