ALABEL, Sarangani (July 29, 2013) - Governor
Steve Chiongbian Solon (extreme right) swears into office the new set of
officers of Sarangani Province Employees Union
(SPEU) from year 2013 to 2016 during the flag-raising ceremony at Capitol
Monday, July 29. The officers are (from left) re-elected president Anacleto
Saya-ang, vice president for administration Manuel Sales Jr., vice president for
operations Nembrad Paul Butil, secretary Amelia Catolico, assistant secretary
Alma Corazon Gabuat, treasurer Baby Mae Butohan, auditor Mercedita Flores, and
members of the Board of Directors Gerald Faciol, Cornelio Ramirez Jr., Joy
Serna, Severiano Tutor and Noemi Payla. Saya-ang, who is also president of the
regional union group Public Sector Alliance of SOCSKSARGEN, extended his hand of
reconciliation to those who resorted to mud-slinging and character assassination
