oversees the blood-letting during World Donors Day at Capitol Wednesday, July
31, themed “Give the Gift of Life: DONATE BLOOD”. Photo shows Merlita Ulep
Gludo, chapter administrator of Philippine Red Cross, handing over the donor’s
card to Capitol employee Larry Alimpolos. The blood donation has been a regular
activity at Capitol for the past 15 years in support to the National Voluntary
Blood Services Act of 1994. Scheduled every last Wednesday of July, the
blood-letting is one of the healthy lifestyle initiatives of PHO as well. For
