ALABEL, Sarangani (August 1, 2013) - Governor
Steve Chiongbian Solon stresses peace as the way for progress and prosperity in
his message during the 5th Grand Iftar Wednesday, July 31, at the provincial
gymnasium in Alabel. Iftar means breaking of the fast. It is one of the
religious observances of Ramadhan wherein Muslims gather together for a
