GLAN, Sarangani (August 13, 2013) - Governor
Steve Chiongbian Solon (right) gives a check from the provincial government to
Mayor Victor James Yap, Sr. Monday, August 12, for disaster victims in barangay
Burias. The check worth P2.9 million will be for the purchase of a four-hectare
relocation site for some 160 families affected by strong winds and flashflood in
