ALABEL, Sarangani (July 9, 2013) - Vice Governor Jinkee Pacquiao leads the inaugural session of the 8th Sangguniang Panlalawigan Tuesday, July 9, where she delivered her inaugural speech with a vision for Sarangani to be peaceful and economically progressive. The vice governor said “it’s time to be united” and “refocus our vision that is – Sarangani being the leader in bringing the best quality products, services and hospitality of Southern Philippines to the world.” The session was attended by Congressman Manny Pacquiao, Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon, Capitol department heads, mayors, local officials and guests. The 8th Sangguniang Panlalawigan is composed of board members Elmer T. de Peralta, Alexander Bryan B. Reganit, Cornelio C. Martinez Jr., George F. Falgui, Eugene L. Alzate, Hermie C. Galzote, Virgilio Clark Tobias, Arman U. Guili, Abdulracman K. Pangolima, Cesar B. Nallos Jr., Victor James P. Yap Jr.(PPSK), Cyril John G. Yap (PCL), and Delia F.
