ALABEL, Sarangani (July 25, 2013) – The
Provincial and Municipal
Disaster Risk Reduction Management Officers meet Wednesday, July 24, at the
Governor’s Office after a series of calamities in the province lately. The group
established a system on reporting incidents from the barangay, to municipal and
to the provincial level for immediate action if calamities occur. For more news
