MAASIM, Sarangani (July 8, 2013) – Second termer Vice Mayor Uttoh Salem Cutan (right) takes his oath-of-office before Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon during the inaugural address of Mayor Aniceto Lopez Jr. and inaugural session of the 13th Sangguniang Bayan of Maasim at the municipal gym Friday, July 5. The vice mayor was a former commander of the Moro National Liberation Front and has been active in governance and local development.
