GLAN, Sarangani (July 13, 2013) - Mayor Victor James Yap Sr. (extreme right) and Vice Mayor Vivien Yap (center) together with Congressman Manny Pacquiao (2nd from right), Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon (extreme left) and Vice Governor Jinkee Pacquiao (3rd from right) lead the ceremonial turnover of checks for the barangay food terminal project worth P50,000 each to barangays Cross and Calabanit. The funds were received by Barangay Captain Lydia Hizoler of Calabanit (4th from right) and Barangay Captain Romeo Sanchez of Cross (4th from left) and their barangay officials during the State of the Municipality Address of Mayor Yap Friday, July 12, at the municipal gym.
