ALABEL, Sarangani (June 30, 2013) – Judge Oscar Noel presides over the oath taking ceremony of Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon together with his family at the Capitol gym Saturday, June 29. Solon is the grandson of the founder of Sarangani, the late Congressman James L. Chiongbian, and former Governor Priscilla L. Chiongbian, the first governor of the province who served three terms in office. Solon succeeded former Governor Migs Dominguez who also served three terms.
