ALABEL, Sarangani (September 20, 2013) – The Philippine flag flies at half mast at the Capitol Thursday, September 19, in honor of the late Sarangani Lone District Rep. Erwin Chiongbian who died last August 25 in the US. Congressman Erwin Chiongbian, uncle of Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon, served Sarangani for three consecutive terms from 2001 to 2010.
