GENERAL SANTOS CITY (August 17, 2013) – Sarangani Congressman Manny Pacquiao inducts the officers and board of directors of the Philippine Councilors League (PCL) Sarangani Federation Friday, August 16, during their 2013 Provincial Federation Convention and Election at the Greenleaf Hotel. The congressman challenged the new officers to be exemplars of good public servants that think first of public service above self. Inducted were Atty.
