ALABEL, Sarangani (August 29, 2013) - Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon (center) joins the command conference and thanksgiving ceremony at Sarangani Provincial Police Office (SPPO) Wednesday, August 28. SPPO received seven achievement awards for outstanding services during the PNP anniversary last August 23 at Police Regional Office 12. While they performed their mandate to serve and protect, Police Senior Superintendent Edwin Minion (left) said lack of equipment and other facilities remain a challenge for the institution. Governor Solon reiterates his full support to SPPO.
