ALABEL, Sarangani (September 5, 2013) - Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon talks to farmers Wednesday, September 4, during the rice harvest festival in barangay Baluntay. The governor said that the government has been continuously giving support to increase rice production in Sarangani by implementing projects like irrigation system and farm-to-market roads with funding from his administration.
